IMPORTANCE OF PACP CERTIFICATON MuniXS has been certified to the improved NASSCO version 6.0 standard Version 2.2 Certification did not validate survey data and software products could allow incorrect data to be entered and exported. Data could not be shared between vendor programs because of customized fields added by users. The new 4.2 Certification eliminates these problems by allowing 10 custom fields to be created by users and offering vendors a way to share the data. By eliminating defect code entry errors, users can be assured that the data received will be accurate. Vendors are not required to support both versions of the PACP database. Version 2.2 Certification Version 4.2 Certification Required Survey Header Fields are available All codes are correct- Header fields and Observation Defects All required Condition Fields are available An export can be done to the PACP version 4.2 database An import can be done from the PACP version 4.2 database All Header and Condition fields are validated on import All Condition codes are validated when used i.e. cannot enter incorrect percentage value for code given, must enter required clock position, etc. Can accept metric values for measurement fields Can import and export 10 custom fields created by User
